Refund Policy
Effective date: August 14, 2026. Digital content unlocks instantly, which makes refunds different from shipping a box back — here is exactly how we handle them.
Before you buy
Try the free sample first: a real lesson, live workbook problems, and a timed-test question, exactly as the paid content works. It exists so you never have to buy blind.
One-time purchases (topics, workbooks, timed tests, bundles)
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the content is substantially unused — you opened little or none of what you bought. Once content has been substantially used (lessons read, problem sets worked, tests taken), the product has been delivered and the purchase is final.
Defective content is always our problem, not yours. If something you bought is materially broken — wrong answers, content that doesn't load, a bundle that didn't unlock — report it (every question has a "⚑ Report an issue" button, or email us). We fix it fast; if we can't fix it promptly, you get that item refunded in full, regardless of the 7-day window.
LearnShaper Unlimited (1-year pass)
Refundable in full within 7 days of purchase if substantially unused. After meaningful use, or after 7 days, the pass is non-refundable — but remember it never auto-renews: there is no recurring charge to cancel, ever. A pass you don't renew simply ends.
How to request a refund
Email contact@learnshaper.com from your account's email address with your order number (shown in My Trainings → Orders and on your receipt). We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, please write to us before disputing it with your bank — we resolve genuine problems faster than a chargeback does, and we refund readily when we're in the wrong. Accounts that dispute legitimate, delivered purchases may be suspended.
The spirit of this policy
We want exactly zero customers who feel cheated. If your situation doesn't fit the rules above but feels unfair, write to us anyway and make your case — a human reads it, and edge cases get judged by fairness, not by loopholes.
