Terms of Service
Effective date: August 14, 2026. These terms govern your use of learnshaper.com. By using the site or buying anything on it, you agree to them.
1. What LearnShaper is
LearnShaper ("we", "us", the "Service") sells access to self-paced educational content: topic lessons, practice workbooks, and timed tests. You choose the topics; we deliver the material in your browser. A free sample is available so you can judge the quality before paying.
2. Your account
Purchases require an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. We store your password only in salted, hashed form — we cannot see it, and we will never ask you for it by email. You must provide a working email address: it is how purchases, receipts, and account notices reach you.
3. Purchases and access
Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Two kinds of products exist:
One-time purchases (topics, workbooks, timed tests, and bundles): when your payment completes, the purchased content is unlocked for your account and stays available to you. "Yours" means continued access through your account — not a downloadable copy and not ownership of the underlying material.
LearnShaper Unlimited: a 1-year access pass to all content on the site. It is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription — we never charge you again unless you buy another pass. Additional passes extend your current one. When a pass expires, access under it ends; content bought as one-time purchases is unaffected.
All prices are computed and charged by our servers; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
4. Personal license
Purchased content is licensed to you, personally, for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, scrape, or share your account or the content with others, and you may not use the content to build a competing product or to train machine-learning systems. We may suspend accounts that violate this — with a refund of unused purchases if the violation was innocent, and without one if it clearly wasn't.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attack the Service: no attempts to bypass the paywall, probe or overload our servers, interfere with other users, or misuse the feedback and registration systems. Automated rate limits apply to everyone.
6. The content — honesty clause
Our material is generated and mechanically verified with care, and every question carries a "report an issue" button that we read. But no educational resource is error-free, and LearnShaper is a study aid, not professional advice and not a substitute for accredited instruction. See the Disclaimer. If you find an error, tell us — we fix real errors and are grateful for the report.
7. Changes to the Service
We add, revise, and occasionally retire content. If content you purchased is materially removed while you have access to it, you may request a pro-rated refund for that content. We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change means acceptance.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law and contact
